The Met Office has issues more heavy rain warnings across the UK over the next few days.

There will also be a cold snap before a dry spell arrives.

Sunday will see blustery showers and rain moving northeast across the country while there will be some persistent rain in Northern Ireland and southeast England.

It will be windy across the UK especially in the south which will experience gales across the coast.

London and the southwest will also be windy but the wind will ease in Scotland.

The Met has also warned it be chiller on Sunday night..

There will be more heavy rain across the UK

A Met Office forecaster said: “It’s windy until Wednesday, with heavy rain in the West.
“After Wednesday, the risk of frost increases and temperatures look to become colder. The chance of wintry showers increases into December.”
