What Your Erections Reveals About Your Health, Fitness & Longevity

Today you’ll discover the type and duration of your erections … or lack thereof … can be an amazing predictor of your future’s health.
Even more powerful an indicator than diabetes, high blood pressure and even smoking.
Simply stated, erectile dysfunction (ED) is an amazing predictor of future arterial disease problems, such as a heart attack or stroke.
For example, research has shown that if you don’t have any heart issues but have erectile problems, you have a 50-fold higher incidence of eventually having some kind of heart problem in the future…
Versus a man at the same age, who does NOT have erectile problems.
Rarely in medicine is there ever a risk factor this powerful!
For example, as horrible as smoking is, it increases your risk for future heart problems by 3-fold.
Yet, erectile dysfunction is 50-fold higher!
Having high blood pressure and diabetes makes things even worse for your future.

Which Fruit of Vegetable Are You
So, let’s find out what type of erections you have and your risk factors.
Singapore’s Society for Men’s Health uses a four-point scale to allow men to rate their own hardness: Cucumber, unpeeled banana, peeled banana, and tofu.
If you’re a cucumber, you’re doing great! Congratulations.
If you’re an unpeeled banana, you’re doing well.
If you’re a peeled banana, especially one that’s getting mushy – you’ve got some problems.
And if you’re as soft as tofu, you better go see your doctor or better yet, utlize the solutions I’ll give you at the end of today’s video.
Duration Of Erections
Now, getting hard is half the battle – staying erect is the other half.
A healthy penis can stay hard for about an hour.
Staying erect for 30-40 minutes is still pretty good.
But if you can’t stay hard for at least 20 minutes, then you’ve got some problems in the near future.
You’ve got blood flow problems which is probably affecting the rest of your body as well – including your heart, brain and muscles.
What’s The Cause Of Erectile Dysfunction?
So what’s the primary cause of erectile problems? … Unless there was some kind of direct damage or accident to the penis, the problem is typically hormonal.
More specifically, hormonal imbalances.
You want higher total and free testosterone levels, while decreasing “negative” hormones such as
female hormones like estrogen and prolactin
DHT – the hair loss and prostate hormones
and Stress hormones such as cortisol.
Basically, you want to have that youthful level and balance you had in your teenage years.
How To Optimize Your Hormones
So, how do you do you optimize and balance your hormones, naturally?
Well, there are a few ways.
Lower Bodyfat
For example, losing fat will help with your erections because fat cells produce estrogen, the female hormone. Higher body fat = higher estrogen = lower testosterone.
Stable Blood Sugar

Lower Blood Pressure

Better Sleep

Proper Exercise
