The Test and Protect operation in Scotland means anyone visiting pubs, restaurants and tourist attractions has to leave their name and phone number.
But two days after the night out, Toni said she starting to receive messages from a stranger, Edinburgh Live reports.
Toni, from Glasgow, told The Sun : “We went to dinner at around 6pm and had to write our name and number on a little card on the table at the front.
