A woman has been awarded £100 compensation after she caught a driver masturbating as she was walking her dog along a millionaire’s row.
The young woman spotted Rhys Jones at the wheel of his vehicle after he parked in an entrance to a farmer’s field in Cheshire.
During the incident, Jones, 26, was seen moving his hand “quickly and up down”.
He was said to have shown no signs of embarrassment – even when the woman, aged in her 20s, knocked on his driver’s side window and told him to stop.
He eventually drove off when she walked away in disgust.
