A woman who is petrified of getting coronavirus has had 12 NHS tests, despite not having a single symptom but doesn’t think she’s selfish.

Sarah Edwards doesn’t care that other people are unable to book tests, with some desperate parents driving hundreds of miles to get their children swabbed.

She sees no problem with taking weekly Covid-19 tests and has even spent £2,400 getting private test done too.

Ms Edwards isn’t fazed if she is taking tests away from keyworkers and said she is in danger of losing friends who have branded her selfish.

Sarah from Weymouth, Dorset told Fabulous magazine : “My green folder is overflowing with test results and they’re all negative. I haven’t tested positive once but I won’t stop having them – I’ve got my own stockpile at home too.
