566 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Nigeria yesterday, 29 June 2020, according to data released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

The total number of cases of the virus in the country has now risen about twenty five thousand.

Taking to its official Twitter handle, the NCDC revealed that Lagos recorded 166 new cases yesterday alone, with Oyo following with 66 cases.
