Super Eagles star, Ahmed Musa has donated the sum of N3 million in cash to Kano Pillars after their matchday 16 clash against Kwara United.

The Sai Masu Gida defeated the Harmony Boys 2-1 in the Nigeria Premier Football League fixture at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.

Ibrahim Yuga and Mohammed Aminu netted for Kano Pillars in the game. Musa handed the donation to the team after the encounter.

The 30-year-old Sivasspor forward stated that the cash reward was aimed at encouraging the team in the quest to do well in the league.

Kano Pillars moved up to sixth position on the NPFL table with 25 points following the win. Abdul Maikaba’s side will face Plateau United on matchday 17 in Kano.
