A personal assistant on new media to President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad, has subtly mocked the former vice president of Nigeria, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku over his post on President Joe Biden. ADVERTISING Atiku in his post had called on the newly sworn-in president to remove every restriction Nigerian citizens. In reply, Ahmad simply wrote: “We all see what you did there, Alhaji.” A little context here. Leading up to Nigeria’s last presidential election in which Atiku contested against Bashir’s leader, Buhari, there were allegations that the former VP could not enter the United States of America without being arrested. In fact, after Atiku eventually visited the US, he was alleged to have bought his way there to score political points at home.
