Can Prostate Issues Make You Pee Frequently At Night?
====================================
A viewer asked a question that sounds like this:

Hey Dr. Sam – I have a question and it’s worrying my wife and it’s also causing problems in the bedroom. Basically, I get up to pee a few times every night. At least once or twice, sometimes 3-5 times. I’ve cut out all liquids 2-3 hours before, but it still happens. It’s obviously causing sleep disruptions for myself and my wife. Especially for me, I have a hard time falling back to sleep…. What’s the cause, do I have some health problem or a prostate issue? Thanks for always being so helpful…

And in this video I talk about prostate health and how it can impact how much you pee at night. I’m also discussing what you can do to improve your prostate health! Pay attention and let me know what you think!
