Following the contraction of coronavirus by the Secretary to Delta State Government, Chiedu Ebie, and the Information Commissioner, Charles Aniagwu, the Ministry of Information complex, Office of the SSG, Office of CPS, and others have been shut down.

Besides shutting down the offices and complexes headed by both officers, permanent secretaries in the offices and the directors who work closely with them have all been directed to go on self-isolation for a period of 14 days.null

Also, the office of the Chief Press Secretary to Governor, Olisa Ifeajika has also been shut down forthwith.

The development has created panic amongst members of the State Executive Council and other individuals in the state as the two principal officers have been key to the in the state’s fight against COVID-19.
