Gardai have been at the farmhouse and adjoining lands in Co Cork since 6.30am where the body of a man in his twenties was found in a bedroom before his dad and brother were found in a field

A dad and two sons have been found dead following a horror shooting at a family farm.

A massive police presence has swarmed the farmhouse in Co Cork in Ireland after the shootings, with two rifles and a shotgun found at the scene.

The body of one of the sons, described as in his 20s, was found in a bedroom of the farmhouse.

The bodies of his dad, in his late 50s and his brother, also in his 20s, were found up to half a kilometre away in a field, the Irish Mirror reports.

Gardai (Irish Police) have been in attendance at the property in Assolas, Kanturk, since 6.30am, after reports of a shooting came in.
