EXCLUSIVE: Tony Holmes fell to his death from a seventh-floor balcony in July this year, killing another man who was sitting below – and his family think vital information about the tragedy is being withheld

Tony Holmes plunged from the seventh floor of five-star Gran Melia Don Pepe in the Marbella horror on July 11 at 2am.

The dad of five, 49, landed on a man seated below, who also died.

Daughter Gabrielle and her four sisters don’t believe Spanish police claims that it was either an accident or suicide.

Gabrielle, 18, said: “Our questions have not been answered. The police in Spain seem to have no idea what happened.

“We don’t know how many people were on the balcony or who else was there. The people he was on holiday with say they were asleep when it happened
