The Lagos state police command spokesperson has challenged a man to provide his details after he came on social media to call out the police for extorting N50, 000 from him for having expired vehicle papers.

The man had written

‘’I met rogues in uniform yesterday at igbariam achalla road , they parked me searched my vehicle and found nothing and then took me all the way to otuocha aguleri and extorted 50k because my vehicle license has expired last year … indeed Nigeria police is not your friend”

Responding to the post, Benjamin wrote;

”The rogues in uniform too met a lawless Nigerian who refused to renew his vehicle papers since last year and is shameless enough to admit that.

For the corruption of the officers, their Command will look into it. For your own lawlessness and corruption, please provide your real name and phone number.”
