Good Morning Britain were left scratching their heads that Piers and Susanna were missing from today’s line-up and took to Twitter to speculate

Viewers tuning into Good Morning Britain to get their dose of Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid were left confused as they were missing from the ITV show today.

Sean Fletcher had opened the news programme at 6am before handing over to Kate Garraway and Ranvir Singh to co-present the rest of the show.

But fans were left scratching their heads that Piers and Susanna were replaced, not realising that they had taken time off during the October half term.

Viewers took to Twitter to comment, with one writing: “Wheres Piers & Suzanna??? #gmb.”

While another disappointed fan tweeted: “Where’s Piers ?? got up early to watch #GMB @piersmorgan.”

A third wrote: “No Piers and only dopey Dan on BBC. TIME TO LEAVE.”
