1)CLEAR YOUR HEAD/MIND.
Let go of all your thoughts. Let go of all your emotions, pains;let them go. Be at peace with yourself.

2)BE CALM
Be still, struggle not. Focus on your inner being. Keep your mind on fantasy land. Fantasize on all that catches your fancy.

3)PLAY A SONG
Listen to songs that soothe your soul. Slow, but capturing songs. Songs that lift all burdens.

4)MEDITATE.
Whilst listening to any song, meditate on the every lyrics. Take a deep breath and let the lyrics purge your mind till you eyes start feeling heavy
