Inflammation – Major Cause Of Low Testosterone [Clinical Study]
=================================
I’ve been watching your videos and I realized I must have some bad inflammation since my joints hurt more and more as I’ve gotten older.

Then I did a blood test and my doctor said how my “inflammatory markers” are much higher than the test I did 2 years ago.

I get asked lots and lots of questions about testosterone, but this is the first time someone has brought up inflammation and I’m glad they did.

Inflammation causes LOTS of health and aging problems.

In fact, I’ve got lots of free information below in the description area about this topic, so make sure you take a look at the end of this video.

So to answer your question, YES – inflammation (CRP, IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6, and LBP) does cause a DECREASE in testosterone levels.

And there are a variety of reasons for this …

Inflammation causes an increase in stress hormones (cortisol), cytokines, endotoxins and so forth — all of which directly and indirectly decrease testosterone levels and production throughout the body (pituitary, hypothalamus, testicles, etc.)

Additionally, when you have inflammation you also tend to have higher body fat and vice/versa – high body fat also causes inflammation.

And more body fat also means more estrogen and this also decreases testosterone.

Inflammation also causes insulin resistance, as does higher body fat, stress levels and so forth. Insulin resistance further decreases testosterone levels and production.

What’s worse is testosterone itself has ANTI-inflammatory properties, which is a good thing.

And as inflammation increases, you have less testosterone and as you have less testosterone, you have more inflammation.

As you can see, bad feeds more bad, which causes worse and worse damage in this very negative circle of events.

Honestly, I can go on and on … but the point is that everything is interrelated.

However, to keep today’s topic nice and simple, YES – inflammation is bad for you, especially for testosterone levels, libido and mood.

This negatively affects men of all ages and women too.

Living an anti-inflammatory lifestyle with the proper diet, exercise program and stress management is very important and of course, it takes time, effort, persistence and patience.

So, don’t give up.

I’ve got detailed videos and articles about lowering inflamation below, in the description area. So take a look after you finish watching this video.

However, you can quickly lower inflammation by taking two very healthy supplements that I’ve mentioned in the past and that the person who contacted me is already taking and saw such positive results.
