Is there a best time to take zinc – Clear Answer
In my recent video Zinc – Increasing Testosterone, Decreasing DHT, Lowering Estrogen, Improving Thyroid … I got asked lots of great questions and comments.
One of them being, what’s the best time to take zinc? Does it matter?
Honestly, it makes no difference. You can take it any time of the day.
Ideally it would be with food or around a meal.
