The spokesperson of the Delta state police command, SP Bright Edafe, says it is not an offence for anyone to be in possession of sex-enhancing drugs. 

In a post shared on X, Edafe wrote;

‘’Viagra and some other sex enhancement drugs are over the counter drugs and it’s not an offense to be in possession of it. We always enlighten our men but it’s important you know your right too.”
