His confession comes after current campmates Jordan North and AJ Pritchard revealed they had been wearing the same underwear for three days straight in I’m A Celebrity’s Gwrych castle.
Speaking to William Hanson on the hit podcast ‘Help I Sexted My Boss’, Jake revealed he took drastic action to avoid having to hand wash his dirty boxers.
“I actually went commando when I was in the jungle, so I didn’t have to wash my pants,” he admitted.
He continued: “I washed my clothes once in three weeks!
“I thought I’d make life easy for myself and just sit in my own filth.”
