HGV driver Larry has had a huge lump in the middle of his back for the last eight years and now he’s finally having it removed

For eight years, Ali has struggled with a strange lump growing in the middle of his back tattoo.

The squishy ball, which he calls Larry, is now so big it’s the same size as a tennis ball and his girlfriend uses it as a stress ball.

Just before the lump first emerged in the centre of Ali’s back he’d proudly had a huge tattoo of a ram – his star sign – inked on his back.

But now the giant mass sticks out from the ram’s snout and has left HGV driver Ali struggling to sleep.

He has now decided to take action and has visited The Bad Skin Clinic, shown on Quest Red.
