The little boy in the viral “mommy calm down” video, has now given an update on how things turned out after the video.

According to him, his mum didn’t beat him, as she headed to his pleas.

In a new video which is now also going viral on social media, the little boy revealed that his mother was moved by his pleas, and refused to flog him.

According to him, she calmed down after he went down on his knees to beg. When asked whether he misbehaved again, he said no, he didn’t.

The young lad has gained massive attention from Nigerians on social media since his first video went viral.

His action in the video also wowed and inspired Governor of Lagos State, Jide Sanwo-Olu’s festive message to Muslims.

It can be recalled that the young lad bagged a juicy ambassadorial deal with Combat Domestic Violence and Abuse Foundation.
