American media personality and actress, Liza Koshy suffered an embarrassing fall at the 2024 Academy Awards on Sunday night.

While attempting to walk the red carpet in a pair of eight-inch platform heels, the 27-year-old Transformers: Rise of the Beasts star lost her balance and fell to the floor.

Despite the embarrassment, the performer picked herself up, maintained her composure, and continued to pose for photos in her stunning red gown.

Koshy, who began her career on Vine in 2013 and became a viral sensation on YouTube has pivoted from internet standout to a Hollywood actress over the years.

Her work includes Transformers: Rise of the Beasts as the first ever female transformer, Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken, and Susanna Fogel’s Cat Person.

She is also set to star in the upcoming Family Affair on Netflix (with Nicole Kidman, Kathy Bates, and Zac Efron) and My Ex-Friend’s Wedding (opposite Amanda Seyfried, Ariana DeBose, Chloe Fineman, and Megan Statler).
