NBA legend, Michael Jordan is facing difficulties finding a buyer for his custom-built estate in Chicago that has been on the market for more than 8 years.

The Highland Park, Illinois home was recently re-listed for $14.9 million and has been on the market since 2012.

The home was completed in 1995 after Jordan bought its seven-acre lot in 1991, and is strategically hidden behind a wall of 40-foot evergreens.

The 56,000 square foot property which was completed in 1995 includes a regulation-sized basketball gymnasium, circular infinity pool, putting green, tennis court, and cigar room, each with Michael Jordan’s signature touch.

The mansion is also enclosed by more than 150 trees, and at the entrance of the private driveway, is a grand entry gate specially designed with Michael Jordan’s famous Chicago Bulls shirt number 23.
