Comedian Seyi Law has taken to his X handle to slam former Presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, who on Sunday, January 14, called for capital punishment for kidnappers and bandits in the country. 

Worried by the rising cases of insecurity in the country, Bashir who served as the Special Assistant to former President Buhari wrote;

‘’Please advocate for a national law that mandates capital punishment as a penalty for kidnapping and banditry.”

Reacting to Bashir’s post today, Seyi expressed his disappointment that the former president’s aide did not push this advocacy while Buhari was in office.
