Maisie Smith has shown the effect that training for Strictly Come Dancing is having as she flaunted her toned body after rehearsals.

The EastEnders star is being put through her paces by her pro dancer partner Gorka Marquez as they prepare for the first live show on Saturday night.

Maisie will perform a samba at the weekend and she looked fit and ready as she went makeup free and wearing tiny green hotpants.

The 19-year-old is among the favourites to win the Glitterball Trophy but she looked relaxed as she headed to her car after rehearsals, wearing an oversized red sweatshirt which she had rolled up at the sleeves.
