Mental health can affect daily living, relationships, and physical health. Taking care of your mental health is equivalent to being in charge of your mind, soul, will and emotions. With the novel, coronavirus in place, alot of people now battle with depression.

As people begins to ask questions, answers are arising;the kind that are not fit to be consumed. High blood pressure is now on the increase. Mentally deranged and derailed individuals on every space.

Obviously, the world is changing. On our TV screens everyday, harbinger of doom heralds us. What then happens to those with feeble minds? The answer is not far fetched; Panic, fear, continuous thinking, heart attacks, headaches and all sorts of trauma.

However, let’s make the most of every opportunities offered and where there is none, create some.

Shut down that TV set, and find peace, inner peace. Break loose from all negativities, positive vibes only. Fill your soul with happiness. Most importantly, worry about nothing.
