A woman who was sexually abused for years by her step-dad is furious he’s been given the all clear to return to her village.

Vicky Morgan, 28, was first abused by Anthony Jones when she was just six-years-old.

The now 56-year-old subjected her to a six year campaign of sexual assault and rape, before she “started fighting back” at the age of 12.

After running away and ending up in foster care, Vicky found the strength to report the predator to the police nine years later.

In June 2013 Jones was sentenced to 12 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to seven counts of rape.

After being told by two victim support officers that he would never be able to return to the village in Swansea Valley where she still lives, Vicky received a letter explaining the rapist would soon be free to come back to his hometown.
