Three people have died while several others are trapped under the rubble after a building collapsed in Kuntau, in Gwale Local Government Area of Kano State. 

The incident occurred on Friday, April 26, 2024. 

Rescue operations are currently ongoing while some corpses have been recovered. 

Emergency responders from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and the State Fire Service have been on the scene working to rescue those trapped.

Two persons were rescued and have been rushed to the hospital by officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps.
