BBC’s Top Gear has received 119 Ofcom complaints as viewers fumed about ‘dangerous driving and offensive language’ in the show.

The popular series, hosted by Paddy McGuinness, Freddie Flintoff and Chris Harris, faced a slew of complaints following the first episode of season 29.

In the show, the presenters were tasked with testing three company cars in Paddy’s home town of Bolton.

At one point, the cheeky presenters even joked about weeing in a potty as they were forced to remain in the cars for 24 hours without getting out.

In another scene, the trio then raced around an empty multi-story car park and chatted among themselves via a radio.

After Paddy, Freddie and Chris returned to the TopGear studios, the group joked about their challenge before arguing over which car was the best.
