Two men are accused of using another person’s debit card without their permission to buy a scratchcard which won them £4m.null

Jon-Ross Watson, 33, and Mark Goodram, 37, hit the headlines last year after claiming the top prize on a £10 scratchy.

But National Lottery operator Camelot claim the debit card used to make the purchase did not belong to either man so refused to pay out the jackpot.

Lottery officials say neither men had permission from Joshua Addyman to use his card and buy a scratchcard.

On Monday Goodram and Watson appeared at Bolton Crown Court charged with a number of offences.
