Team Trump is showing no signs of conceding victory to rival Joe Biden.

Donald Trump has vowed to mount legal challenges in the aftermath of the election, as the Attorney General authorises probes into allegations of voter irregularities.

The Biden campaign has rubbished the Trump campaigns legal threats, saying they will be “laughed out of court.”

But Trump Jason Miller insisted in an interview with Fox Business his corner would mount legal battles and pursue vote recounts in key states, saying of “defeat:” “that word’s not even in our vocabulary.”

Trump is reportedly planning a ’30 day legal war’ as he refuses to accept the election result.
