In a rambling 17 minute speech he claimed that he would have “easily” won if only “legal” votes were counted.
Security around Democratic rival Joe Biden has been stepped up, with the former Vice President now hotly tipped to be announced as the winner today.
Biden asked for Americans to “stay calm” as votes continue to be counted in crucial states, such as Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania.
