What’s The Best Form Of Fish Oil
===============================
One important question I get asked often about fish oil is, what’s the best FORM?

And that’s why in this video I’ll quickly reveal :
-The best forms of fish oil
-What to look for when purchasing a fish oil supplement, so you don’t get ripped off
-And a great alternative to fish oil, if you’re a vegan or you simply don’t like fish oil.

You see, fFish oil is a dietary source of fats known as omega-3 fatty acids. You can get them from food or supplements.
If you do so from foods, the best are fatty fish, such as salmon, mackerel, and trout. You’ll need to eat these foods at least 3-4x weekly and make sure they are wild-caught and not farm-raised.
The main problem these days with eating fish is the heavy metals in our oceans, such as mercury.
This is why it’s best and easiest to just take fish oil as a supplement.
So, at this point, we need to know what’s the best FORM of fish oil supplement?
When shopping for an omega-3 supplement, always read the label carefully.
You should also check the following:
Type of omega-3. Many omega-3 supplements often contain little, if any, EPA and DHA — the most important types of omega-3s. Make sure your supplement contains these at the highest doses.
Amount of omega-3. A supplement may say on the front that it contains 1,000 mg of fish oil per capsule. However, on the back, you’ll read that EPA and DHA are only 320 mg. Thus, most of it, 780 mg of it, is just “oil” and thus, unneeded extra calories.
Form of omega-3. For better absorption, look for FFA (free fatty acids), TG, rTG (triglycerides and reformed triglycerides), and PLs (phospholipids), rather than EE (ethyl esters).
Purity and authenticity. Try to buy products that have either the GOED standard for purity or a third-party seal. These labels show that they’re safe and contain what they say they do.
Freshness. Omega-3s are prone to going rancid. Once they go bad, they’ll have a foul smell and become less potent or even harmful. Always check the date, smell the product, and see if it contains an antioxidant like vitamin E. It’s also best to refrigerate your fish oil at all times.
