Passers-by saw Kate Jackson, 40, and Jonathon Pisani, 44, having sex on a busy public pavement in Stalybridge town centre, in Greater Manchester, at 3.43pm after her train was delayed

Kate Jackson, 40, and Jonathon Pisani, 44, were seen having intercourse in Stalybridge town centre, in Greater Manchester, at 3.43pm after they struck up a conversation while she waited for a train.

Initially, a witness called police in mistaken belief Jackson was being raped by Pisani, but council CCTV operators noticed the pair kissing passionately outside a nearby nightclub.

The camera was said to have then panned back to see Jackson and Pisani lying on the pavement cuddling each other. Eventually she pulled him on top of her before they began romping as shoppers walked past.
