A woman has alleged that a driver treated her and her kids badly during a journey and when she reported to the transport company, they didn’t take action.

She claims that problem started when her baby pooped during the journey and she had to change the baby’s diapers. She said the driver berated her for it then spoke in condescending manner about her while talking to the man in the front seat beside him uncomfortable as a lot of mosquitoes were in the car, biting her kids.

She said that along the line, the AC stopped working and when she asked the driver what the issue was with the AC, he responded rudely and this led to a verbal altercation with him.

She said the driver then promised to “show” her and he had a conversation with the other two male passengers, then parked by the road side and transferred the men into a Sienna bus, before leaving her alone in the bus with her two children and her teenage relative travelling with her.

She said they were there, stranded for over an hour, before she called her husband to come and pick her.

After the incident she sent a message to the transport company and shared the response she got from them. The transport company took the driver’s side and told her that changing her child’s diapers on the bus was “to the detriment ” of other passengers.
