Bake Off favourite Hermine stunned viewers once again this week with her beautiful bakes – but fans were left infuriated over Paul Hollywood’s snub towards her.

This evening, Hermine was awarded with Star Baker after wowing with her gorgeous jelly cake, decorated with an intricate poppy design.

During this week’s quarter final, the bakers were came face to face with dessert week.

Among the creations they were tasked with baking included a baked cheesecake, steamed pudding and a jelly art dessert cake.

But despite receiving glowing praise from Paul and Prue, Hermine was not offered a handshake.
