Actors Lily James and Matt Smith – who first began dating in 2014 – “have mutually decided” to end their on and off again romance

They were said to have ended their romance in December 2019 before reconnecting in the spring this year.

But now Lily James, 31, and Matt Smith, 37, have decided to split for good due to “differences they haven’t been able to get past” leading to Lily wanting to find love with a “normal guy who’s not in the spotlight.”

An insider told The Sun: “Lily and Matt were a picture-perfect couple for years but there are just some differences they haven’t been able to get past.

“They have gone back and forth this year trying to sort things out between them because they both have so much love for each other.
